Can potentially dangerous technologies be regulated through international agreements? What are the advantages and disadvantages of centralized versus decentralized control? What are the risks of global regulation? Should the task be left to nation states?
The ethics of human enhancement

Protection of health data – arguments for/against stronger protection
Is it morally justified to use patients' health data to develop better therapies? Should people be able to share or possibly sell their data for such purposes? What moral considerations speak for and against stronger protection of private data?
